3. We have water, but if you would like something else to drink, please bring it.

Mrs. Robertson will be in the chorus room around the 8:30 hour this morning to receive outstanding choral uniforms. Please make sure they are CLEAN!
All uniforms were due last Friday. We still have 5+ outstanding Treble dresses and 10+ outstanding tuxes.
Please make sure the uniform has been cleaned and returned TOMORROW – Tuesday, May 23.

This message is for all CURRENT chorus families and ALL ALUMNI families and all FRIENDS of Hillgrove Chorus!!
As many of you may have heard, Mr. Stoner has been accepted into an elite Graduate Program at The Univirsity of Miami in Vocal Conducting. Although we are so sad to see him go, what a a fabulous opportunity for him and how proud we are of his accomplishment!!
We said some farewells last night at the Spring Banquet, but we would like another opportunity to spend some time with him and say a final farewell for now!
This opportunity will be on June 17th at the Robertson Home in Heritage Oaks Subdivision right on Dallas Highway.
The Booster Association is providing the meat (BBQ) and we ask that everyone bring a side dish or dessert to share! Water will also be provided, but feel free to bring whatever else you and your family would like to drink:)
The time is TBA, however, it will be Open House style, so please consider dropping in for as long as you can!!

One of Mr. Stoner’s former students has set up a GOFUNDME page for him. Please visit the link below. Although his school is paid for and he will receive a small stipend to use for housing and expenses, he will be in “hungry college student” mode for the next 3 years!! Maybe between all of us, we can make sure he doesn’t go without a good meal when he needs it!!

Dinner will be served to all the kids at 5pm in the cafeteria. Please make sure that you eat and get ready afterward. Mr. Stoner will want to do warm ups, so please make good use of your time.
- Uniform collection will begin on Wednesday, May 17 in the mornings at the start of class. Please make sure your dress or tux has been cleaned before turning it in.
Treble dress – machine washable in cold, gentle, hang to dry.
Tux – please dry clean. If you will be returning next year, please put your name on the outside of the plastic on the tux and we will hang it as a grouping.
- Spring Banquet RSVP – if you paid the “entire year” dues back at the beginning of the school year, that includes a banquet ticket for the student, but we still need to count you. If parents or siblings want to accompany you, we need that number also, so please RSVP – $15/adults, $7.50/kids under 10. Deadline for banquet RSVP is FRIDAY, May 12.
- Spring Banquet – Burnt Hickory Baptist Church – Tuesday, May 16
6:30pm for those eating dinner.
7:45-8pm for those NOT eating dinner.
Please observe these times as it will help with the flow of people and for the church workers providing the dinner.

Please watch at your leisure and contact us if you have any questions. We will need some JUNIOR PARENT Volunteers to help with the Senior table and decorations. Please be on the lookout for an email.
Please also be on the lookout about the information pertaining to the return of the uniforms after the concert and note that they must be cleaned (Men’s – dry cleaned, Treble – can be machine washed in cold and hung to dry). If there are any Select Women’s dresses that you would like to donate (or Treble dresses), we would welcome them!
We will hold our last meeting for the school year tonight at 6:30 in the chorus room. We need to vote in our new slate of officers, talk about the Spring Concert Hospitality needs and the Spring Banquet Volunteer needs.
